I believe that therapy should meet you where you are, and that healing takes time. My work is deeply guided by the belief that everyone has the capacity for change and growth.

My Approach

My clients often describe me as warm, caring, and compassionate.

In our sessions, I want you to feel safe and comfortable to show up exactly as you are.

Whether we’re working together for the first time or have built a professional relationship over time, my hope is that you leave each session with a sense of relief, hope, and the belief that healing and change are possible.

What I Treat

What I Use

Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT)

Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) helps you understand the connection between your thoughts, emotions, and behaviors. Together, we look at patterns that may be keeping you stuck and learn practical tools to shift them.

Acceptance & Commitment Therapy (ACT)

Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT) helps you notice your thoughts and feelings, while focusing on the life you want to live. I use ACT to support clients in clarifying their values and taking meaningful steps toward a richer, more fulfilling life—even when things feel difficult.

Person-Centered Therapy

Person-Centered Therapy is a supportive approach that focuses on you and your experience. In my work, I provide a non-judgmental, empathetic space where you can explore your feelings, gain self-understanding, and grow at your own pace. The goal is to help you feel heard, valued, and empowered to make changes that matter to you.

With an emphasis on instilling hope and building a safe, supportive, and nonjudgmental space, I work collaboratively with clients to meet their unique goals and needs.
